Course Registration

To register for a course/workshop, please complete the Online Registration Form for each requested course/workshop.  Be sure to include your license number (for pilots) and email address, requested course and preferred dates, and other contact information.

Payment can be made by credit card, cheque, direct deposit or email transfer once you receive an invoice.  The invoice will stipulate a deposit amount which is due upon receipt of the invoice, and the date required for full payment.  Banking information for direct deposit is available on request. 

Credit card payment will soon be available.  After receipt of the invoice, contact us with your credit card information for processing.

Courses cancelled 60 days or more in advance receive a 100% refund; 30 days in advance or more a 50% refund (except for type training courses).  Courses cancelled within 30 days do not receive a refund except in extenuating circumstances.

A confirmation message will be sent to you to confirm your attendance on the course once the course registration form and payment are received. As well, detailed course information including location, times, accommodation suggestions and other pertinent information will be emailed to all students prior to the course.  Aerosolutions has arranged for a preferred rate at the Holiday Inn Express Ottawa Airport for those attending courses in Ottawa.
